Returns Policy

The cameras listed on this website have all been personally inspected, cleaned and fixed (if necessary). Our aim is to deliver the most accurate description of the products we sell. However, we understand that circumstances out of our control may arise. Therefore, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery if: 

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer refunds for any change of mind, products that have been tampered with (i.e. not in original condition, damaged products that was not caused by the delivery and missing parts) and if the buyer does not make contact within 14 days of delivery.

How to return products:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery either on Instagram or [email protected]
  2. Ship the products back to us within 14 days of delivery. 
    Please note: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping. I highly recommend that the products are packed in its original packaging to avoid wastage. 
  3. The refund will be processed as soon as the products you returned is inspected and fits within our returns policy.
  4. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
